If you are planning to advertise an upcoming performance by The Master's Men at your church or function, you might find it handy to use one of our Publicity posters that you can download and customize for your use.

PDF Version: You can download and print either of the following PDF files and then add in (by hand) the specific date and time scheduled for your performance:

• Our full color Portrait version
• Our full color Landscape version

• Right-click one of the above links.
• Select Save Target As... and download the PDF file to a folder on your computer.

Word Version: If you use Microsoft Word, you can also download full color Word versions which includes an embedded text box that you can edit in Word and simply type in the date and time of the performance before printing out:

• Our full color Portrait version
• Our full color Landscape version

• Click one of the above links.
• When you are asked if you want to Open or Save the file, click Save and download it to a folder on your computer.
• Open the file on your computer using Microsoft Word.
• Type over or replace the sample date and time in the text box with your own information. You can also change the font type and size if desired.
• Save your updated file and then print it as desired.

JPG Version: If you are creating your own publicity, you might like to include one of our full color JPG versions and enhance it on your own as needed:

Here's a few more ideas on how you might promote our upcoming appearance for your next church event or service:

• Display posters throughout your church or campus, where they can be easily seen by your congregation, affiliated organizations, and local missions supported by your church.
• Include a page flyer in your weekly church bulletin (we suggest each week beginning at least two to three weeks prior to the event).
• Include our publicity poster and info in your church's monthly Newsletter.
• Include our publicity poster and info on your church's web page.
• Send out invitational letters to other local churches in your area, along with introductory information about The Masters Men from our web page, and posters for them to display locally.
• Have your church Secretary send emails with copies of the publicity posters to everyone in the church's e-mail address book.
• Make flyers available at specific church supported local outreach locations.
• If your church sponsors or runs a local church pre-school program, make flyers and posters available and distributed to pre-school children and their families.
• Assign deacons or others church leaders and members to each display several posters in local businesses.
• Use church audio / visual equipment to promote the group and the upcoming performance for various church groups or during an announcement time during church services, and play selections from our CDs if you have them handy.
• Place an announcement in the local newspaper the Wednesday before the performance.
• Announce The Masters Men on your church's encased Bill Board outside the church (if applicable).
